Why we do what we do.

At ChefShare we’re a specialist hospitality recruitment agency, covering all aspects of the industry recruitment company covering the hospitality sector. The company was set up and is still run today by former chefs, which means that we understand, more than most, the pressures that come with our industry.

In our opinion, making sure you have ‘staff’ is just as important as making sure you have ‘customers’ and at ChefShare, it’s our job to help you find those staff members. We know what we’re looking for because we have over 75 years of experience between us ‘on the pass’.

This gives us a distinct advantage over our competitors because we understand exactly what the heat of the kitchen feels like. We have a deep understanding of kitchens, front of house and the hospitality sector in general and that’s the reason why we’re good at what we do.
