When we started Chefshare, we wanted to make sure that communication and honesty were central to everything we do. We try to make sure that those two key elements are present when we work with our clients, our candidates and of course our staff.
But most refreshing for the hospitality recruitment industry is our unique ‘charge less, pay more’ approach.
On one hand clients always like being charged less for the work we do and when that happens, we’re able to pay people more which results in a better quality of staff.
In a world that’s dominated by cutting corners, reducing costs and maximising profits, we try to do the opposite. We believe that staff are the greatest asset of any business and that’s especially true in the hospitality sector. As a result, we look after our people as best we can because we know that we’re very little without them.
It’s not just about taking care of business. We believe that it’s also about building a better business with people at the very heart of that.
