Phil Heydon
Founder & Professional Chef
Phil Heydon started ChefShare back in 2016 with one single aim … to offer top quality staff to the hospitality sector at an affordable price. Phil and his team have been doing that since day one.
The key to ChefShare’s success is that the staff understand the heat of the kitchen having had first-hand experience of it. Phil himself worked as a Sous Chef and Head Chef for various establishments and naturally understands what it takes to be a success in that specific environment. He understands management, operations and development within the hospitality sector but above all else understands recruitment in this area.
As Managing Director, Phil oversees the overall management of the team as well as the development of the ChefShare business.
Angela Bolt
Angela joined ChefShare in 2022 and works alongside Jamie Paull as an admin assistant in the Accounts department.
She joined ChefShare after a 15 year career as a legal secretary and did so because she ‘wanted a change’. Outside of work Angela is a very keen archer and competes at the weekend, so it’s probably best not to upset her.
Joshua Hibbs
Joshua Hibbs is the Recruitment Manager at ChefShare and joined the company in 2017. Before that he was a Chef for 14 years, working across the UK and overseas. In fact, it was ChefShare that recruited Joshua for his last Chef role before he made the move back to ChefShare as a recruiter himself.
The transition from working in professional kitchens to an office-based job has been an enjoyable challenge for Joshua and it gives him an undoubted edge because he understands both sides of the coin. His role includes organising all relief and temporary contracts across the South and South-East and handles recruitment for any full time roles as required.
