Position Overview

We are looking for relief chefs of all levels from Chef de Parties to Head chefs to cover various temporary positions across the South and Southwest of the United Kingdom for the upcoming Summer season.

Requirements for the role

  • 3+ years’ experience in a professional kitchen
  • Basic recipe knowledge

Up to date certificates of the following

  • Level 2 food Hygiene
  • Health & safety
  • COSHH
  • HACCP
  • Manual handling
  • Fire safety
  • Allergen’s awareness including Natasha’s Law
  • Slip trips & falls

If you do not have any of the above certifications, we are able to provide free access for these to be completed.

What it will involve

As a relief chef you will be working within our clients establishments on short to midterm temporary contracts which will be booked out at Head Chef through to Chef de Partie positions as well as this you will have the opportunity to choose to accept the contract or decline. When working within our clients business’s you will be required depending on the position to perform the following duties, foods preparation, catering, ordering, cleaning, menu design.
