Position Overview

Are you passionate about creating exceptional cuisine in a picturesque countryside setting? We are seeking a talented Chef de Partie to join our team at a fine dining country pub located in Dorset.

 

Details:

  • Salary between £27,000 & £30,000 p.a.
  • Tips up to £4,000 p.a.
  • Meals on duty
  • Mix of splits and straight shifts
  • 28 days annual leave
  • Nest pension scheme
  • Hours: 45 hours per week

 

Responsibilities:

  • Manage your own section in the kitchen
  • Report to senior members of the kitchen staff
  • Assist in the day-to-day management of the kitchen
  • Maintain the high level of cuisine served
  • Collaborate with experienced chefs, including ex-Michelin star chefs, who will continue to train and inspire you on your culinary journey

Requirements:

  • Previous experience as a Chef de Partie or similar role
  • Strong culinary skills and creativity
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
