  • Position: Head Chef
  • Starting Salary: £32,000 p.a. + Bonus (up to £35,000 p.a.) + Tips
  • Working Hours: 48 hours/week (Splits and Straight Shifts)

Your Responsibilities:

  • Curate and execute a delectable menu using the finest fresh ingredients.
  • Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure seamless day-to-day operations.
  • Elevate our culinary offerings with your unique flair and style.
  • Foster relationships with local suppliers and breweries, bringing the essence of the community to our plates.
  • Oversee the culinary experience for patrons, ensuring exceptional quality and innovation.
  • Manage a 48-hour workweek, including both splits and straight shifts.

From crafting a tantalizing menu to curating captivating specials, your creativity will be the star. With a focus on local partnerships, you’ll be at the forefront of building relationships with nearby suppliers and breweries.

Team Dynamics: Collaborate seamlessly with a dynamic kitchen team – a Sous Chef, 2 CDPs, and dedicated KPs. You will work closely with your team to increase revenue whilst creating a fun but professional experience to work within coupled with making sure that there is excellence in every dish.
